About the Event
Fine Arts & Flowers 2026 is a spectacular museum-wide exhibition of floral designs inspired by works of art in VMFA’s permanent collection.
On October 7, the public is invited to watch the floral designs being created. A dazzling Opening Preview Gala takes place that evening. Check back for gala ticket information.
The exhibition opens October 8.
Proceeds from Fine Arts & Flowers sponsorships and ticket sales support the ongoing research, development, and installation of exhibitions at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
Held biennially since 1987, Fine Arts & Flowers is presented by The Council of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
